Publication in progress

We want to once more thank all participants for their interesting and often challenging presentations, and for making the conference such an exciting and intellectually stimulating event.

Our next step is to prepare the publication of the conference proceedings in the inaugural issue of the Journal of European Languages, Culture and Society. This interdisciplinary journal is published by the UCL SELCS Graduate Society and is open to graduate and early career researchers in all fields, with a focus on making work accessible to a cross-disciplinary audience. This echoes the ethos of the Unity/Disunity conference where we heard presentations from disciplines ranging from theology to architecture, fine art to social psychology.

Participants are invited to submit their papers for consideration by the editorial board by the 2nd September 2013. The paper should be 2,000-3,000 words long and follow the MHRA Style Guide.

Please get in touch if you have any questions about the submission process.
